Lis Wiehl was born August 19, 1962 and was previously a Fox News legal analyst.
She was an adjunct professor in Law at New York Law School and was previously Associate Professor at the University of Washington Law School. In addition, she has made legal commentaries for Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor as well as National Public Radio. She appeared weekly on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly, Lou Dobbs Tonight, The Imus morning programs, and hosts the Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl, who was born and raised at Yakima in Washington State, matriculated in Yakima from West Valley High School. She graduated from Barnard College with a Bachelor's degree in 1983. In 1985 she received the Master of Arts degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987 she was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the past at The US Attorney. She worked as the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She worked as the assistant chief investigator counsel to Democrats at the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. She worked as a professor of law and an appointment in the University of Washington School of Law Seattle from 1995 until 2001. Wiehl has worked as a Fox News analyst since 2001.
